We are a team of professional location managers, capable of handling any type of project. We have managed national and international productions. Our archive boasts many locations of all types: from private spaces to offices, castles, historic and modern villas, commercial activities, city streets or immersed in nature, and much more… If we don’t have the right location for you in our archive, we can find it for you, based on our knowledge of locations and years of experience in research full of contacts and relationships.
We cultivate relationships with local municipalities and institutions and are able to suggest where to shoot with the available resources. We have contacts with all other location managers in Italy and Europe.

Chiara Brambilla
Chiara Brambilla
Location department manager
Born in Milan in 1978. Graduated in Sociology at the University of Milan Bicocca, she has always cultivated a passion for travelling and discovering new places as well as for cinema. Immediately after graduating, she started working at Face and Place as an assistant location manager, discovering in this job a wonderful way for her passions to interact. A few years later she joined the company and became the location manager. To this day she still deeply loves her job.

Michela Formenti is a multifaceted figure in the world of location management, with many years of experience at Face and Place as a location manager. Her passion for Milan is unmistakable: she knows every corner, architectural detail and hidden nuance that makes the city unique, combining this sensitivity with a deep artistic and aesthetic culture.
Her ability to identify the perfect locations for events, film productions and creative projects is highly valued within the industry, as is her refined eye for beauty, harmony and detail. Michela combines professional expertise, creative intuition and a natural elegance in the way she interprets spaces, bringing to every project a unique mix of experience, visual sensitivity and love for art and the city.
Emma Gasparini
Emma Gasparini is one of the cornerstones of Face and Place and an experienced location manager with a solid background in the industry. Over the years, she has professionally managed numerous productions, ranging from advertising campaigns to feature films, standing out for her versatility, precision and strong organizational skills.
Driven by natural determination and a highly practical approach, Emma handles every project with energy, reliability and great attention to detail — qualities that make her a trusted reference for both clients and collaborators. Her ability to identify the most suitable locations and efficiently manage every operational aspect is one of the defining strengths of her work.
Outside of her professional life, Emma has always nurtured a deep love for dogs, a passion that reflects her most genuine and sensitive side.
Matilde Laguzzi
Matilde Laguzzi is a young Milan-based location manager who began her professional journey at Face and Place immediately after graduating from IULM University in Milan. From her very first projects, she stood out for her enthusiasm, creative sensitivity and strong attention to detail — qualities that allow her to identify locations capable of enhancing every production and creative project.
Curious and dynamic, Matilde approaches her work with energy and a contemporary perspective, contributing professionalism and freshness to every stage of the creative and organizational process. A passionate traveler, she often finds inspiration in the places, cultures and atmospheres she discovers, enriching both her aesthetic vision and professional approach.
